Practice Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient
Patients Per Shift: 5-6
Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: YES
Fellowship: NA
Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60 days
What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in CA
Need: 1 week a month- preferably the first week of every month- starting September in addition to the dates
below.
Schedule- 24 hour hospital call for the week. Clinic days M/W/F 9-4.
Feb 14-26, 2026
May 1-4, 2026
Nov 21-Dec 3, 2026
Feb 12-21, 2027
*Please note this will be billed as follows: M/W/F- will be billed as hourly (9-4 inclusive of their call
requirement) then night call from 4-9 the next day, call back will apply after 0 hours.
On T/Thurs/Sat/Sun- these dates can be billed as 24hr call inclusive of 3 patient contact hours.
FLURO is required. We will look at providers who obtain the temp FLURO license but we expect that it is
active through the dates listed above. If the temp FLURO will expire in October of 2025 we can not accept it.
They must be at least a year out so good until May 2026 and if they continue past then they will need to get
the permanent FLURO license.
Possibility to consider two providers who can alternate months of coverage but one provider to fill each week
a month is HIGHLY preferred.
Providers must be BC or BE within 3 years of residency and hold an active CA lice
