*This is a Work Experience (work-based learning) position available through Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined.
Job Title: Legal Clerk
Position: Temp/FT, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Location: Corpus Christi

Pay Rate $16.00 an hour
Age: 18+
Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent or actively pursuing

Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Filing legal documents with the court
Conducting legal research
Assisting with trial preparation
Managing case files and client information
Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys
Operating office equipment such as copiers and scanners
Completing research for legal staff and then preparing documents, drafting correspondence, summarizing records and finding other legal documents in order to support them.
