Job Details:

This role provides essential administrative and case support to attorneys and paralegals across multiple practice areas, including Litigation, White Collar, Intellectual Property, Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Real Estate, Tax, and Trusts & Estates.

Responsibilities:

Prepare electronically file legal documents and pleadings in federal and state courts

Assist with calendar management, tracking deadlines, and maintaining case files

Support attorney projects and coordinate with paralegals on case workflows

Serve as backup on the reception desk as needed, providing a professional and welcoming presence to clients and visitors

Engage with clients and external stakeholders on behalf of the firm when necessary

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools
