Position Overview

The Print Technician will be responsible for the printer operations of our large format digital printer and cutter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running and maintaining print equipment and color management, with the ability to fabricate high-quality printed materials.This is a rapidly expanding and growing graphics department with an opportunity for future advancement within the company.


Key Responsibilities for the Print Technician:

  • Operate and maintain high quality, wide format, digital printing equipment
  • Follow production schedules to ensure deadlines are met
  • Review Job Orders to ensure the right material is on hand
  • Ability to perform vinyl prep tasks such as weeding, masking, and mounting graphics to substrates like foam board, acrylic, and coroplast
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods


Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in digital printing is required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth understanding of printing technologies and color management
  • Creativity, problem solving & forward-thinking skills
  • Ability to conduct routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
  • Experience with EFI Vutek Large Format Printer and Zund Cutting Technology preferred
