We are looking for an experienced Large Format Prepress Specialist to join our team.


Position Summary:


The Large Format Prepress Specialist is responsible for preparing customer artwork and digital files for production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency throughout the printing process using a combination of digital design tools (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Esko iCut Layout, etc.) This role serves as a critical link between sales, customer service, design, and production teams, helping ensure that all jobs are properly set up, proofed, and ready for printing. In a small team environment, the Prepress Specialist may also assist with color management, workflow improvements, digital proofing, occasional design tasks and production support as needed.


As a member of our Prepress and Design team, you’ll be responsible for utilizing our ever-evolving production processes to make sure that the files and specifications prepared for our Production team result in consistent, high quality “zero defect” results.


Required Skills/Qualifications Include:



  • Positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and a passion for excellence.

  • Comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience using these tools in a professional environment.

  • Experience doing digital/vector graphics production work in a business environment.
  • Passion for quality and willingness to learn and use our \"total quality\" production process.

  • Desire to work in an engaged team-oriented environment, focused on producing amazing large format graphics that delight our customers to make their projects successful.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Adaptable in a fast-paced production environment
