Job description

2nd Shift – 3pm -11pm

3rd shift – 11pm – 7am

Weekend AM shift 7AM-7PM, Fri, Sat, Sun

Candidates would likely train on 1st shift

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and promote safety in all facility operations during the shift

  • Implement and follow quality procedures and programs

  • Maximize efficiency and productivity in shift operations

  • Organize staffing levels to maintain safety, quality, and productivity

  • Manage and report timekeeping, production, scrap/yields, and other documentation

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of supervisory experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience managing or coordinating temporary labor

  • Proven hands‑on leadership style with the ability to lead by example

  • Strong accountability and results‑driven mindset

  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety while achieving production goals
