What You’ll Do

As a Lab Technician, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the safety and quality of medical devices used every day:

  • Perform laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
  • Conduct hands-on testing such as tensile strength, absorption, and water resistance for surgical materials (e.g., gowns and drapes)
  • Operate and maintain lab equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate repairs when needed
  • Accurately record and review test results following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvements
  • Support a safe, clean, and compliant lab environment
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate your findings clearly

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.) OR

  • Familiarity with lab testing techniques or equipment
  • Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or regulated industries
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
