Adecco is helping their client in Franklin Tennessee hire an experienced administrative assistant for a part time, 6-8 month long assignment.

Candidates must live in or around Franklin, TN for this exceptional opportunity. If hired, you would be working part time, 3 days a week. The role is hybrid and requires candidates to be in the office 1-2 days a week to support onsite activities.

Reporting to the Lead Executive Assistant, this role provides executive administrative support, office coordination, and on-site event support. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while helping create a welcoming and well-run office experience for employees and visitors.
Top Priorities for Success

  • Provide dependable calendar and administrative support for the Chief Commercial Sales Officer

  • Help keep daily office operations organized, efficient, and well-supported

  • Support meetings, events, catering, and on-site logistics with a strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities
Executive Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, helping prioritize schedules and keep meetings on track

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room setup, travel details, meals, and logistics

  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports accurately and on time

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Office Operations & Administration

  • Check and process physical mail twice per month

  • Upload HR documents accurately and in a timely manner

  • Mail checks received through office mail to the appropriate recipients

  • Restock kitchen and office supplies on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to keep shared spaces ready for use

  • Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming shared office spaces

  • Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies as needed

  • Manage conference room scheduling and help ensure meeting spaces are available and prepared

  • Coordinate guest facility access and help create a positive visitor experience

Event & On-Site Support

  • Provide hands-on, on-site support for team meetings, company events, and employee engagement activities

  • Assist with catering orders, event coordination, setup, and breakdown

  • Partner with the Fun Committee to support planning, coordination, and execution of activities that help employees connect and engage

  • Maintain regular on-site presence to support office operations, meetings, and events

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, executive support, hospitality, or related experience preferred

  • Experience supporting executives or senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and expense reporting

  • Background supporting office operations, employee events, catering, or shared workplace spaces is helpful

  • Familiarity with document upload systems, HR/office administration tools, or similar systems preferred

  • Comfort working in an on-site environment and supporting a variety of day-to-day needs as they come up

Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
