What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner – you are the first impression of the office
- Monitor the security system and address access needs and issues as they arise
- Manage incoming mail and packages – directing small packages appropriately and routing large deliveries to the side door
- Stock the kitchen daily and order office and facility supplies as needed
- Operate the postage machine and assist with the inserter for outbound mail
- Process and route approximately 900 invoices daily to the tax department
- Assist with facility management tasks and light lifting as needed
- Support the development of emergency plans and procedures assigned

- Prior front desk or administrative experience – you know how to run a reception area and keep things moving
- Polished, outgoing, and professional – you make people feel welcome the moment they walk in
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
