Schedule Details/Additional Information:

  • Surgical Services operates Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 17:00. Coverage is provided through a mix of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts (26 hrs weekly) or strict 10 hr shifts (40 hrs weekly)
  • 8-hour shift: 07:00-15:30
  • 10-hour shift: 07:00-17:00
  • This position requires participation in on-call coverage. Call is typically scheduled every 13th weekend and 2-3 weekdays per month.
  • Weekday call: 15:00-07:00
  • Weekend call: Friday at 15:00 through Monday at 07:00.

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
