Incentives & Compensation:

  • Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles higher rate- Max up to $50.60 RN and $44 LPN )

  • Vent and Trach training- Additional pay if certified/ after becoming certified and working on Vent Trach Unit

  • Weekend Diff for AM/PM/NOC

What is available: 

AM Shift: RN or LPN- Part-Time or PRN

PM Shift: RN or LPN-  Full-Time Part-Time or PRN

NOC Shift: RN only- Full-Time Sunday-Thursday,  LPN or RN Part-Time or PRN RN or LPN- Part -Time or PRN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and monitor vital signs

  • Support resident care plans and clinical documentation

  • Lead and guide CNA staff

Qualifications:

  • Active RN or LPN License in Wisconsin

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A passion for caring for the aging population
