Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem / Temporary Full-Time Opportunity

Associated Nephrology Consultants, located in Maplewood, MN, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate understands the importance of providing personalized attention and quality care to patients while helping create a positive experience throughout their healthcare journey.


This position will begin with a per diem schedule, with the anticipated transition to a full-time temporary schedule from approximately August 2026 through February 2027 to support clinic staffing needs. There is also potential for this position to transition into apermanent full-time role based on clinic needs and performance.

Qualifications

Education / Knowledge / License / Certification / Registration

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Knowledge of the RN scope of practice in the State of Minnesota.
  • Professional knowledge of clinical nursing protocols and standards of care.
  • Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts strongly preferred.
  • Ability to recognize medical symptoms requiring urgent or emergent care.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations.
  • Knowledge of clinical protocols related to obtaining and assessing vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respirations, and temperature.

Experience

  • One to two (1-2) years of practical experience as an RN in a physician office, specialty clinic, or medical office setting preferred.
  • Nephrology experience is a plus but not required.
