A temporary job agency, also known as a temp agency or staffing agency, is a company that connects employers with workers for short-term or project-based assignments. Temp agencies handle payroll, benefits, and employment paperwork for the workers they assign. This arrangement provides flexibility for employers and job seekers alike, allowing businesses to quickly fill roles and individuals to gain work experience or bridge employment gaps.
