Description

Seeking 4 experienced IAM Engineers to support and enhance enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms across a large-scale environment supporting ~60,000+ workforce identities. This role will focus on engineering, integration, and optimization of identity solutions, while expanding capabilities to support machine, bot, and application identities.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with leading IAM platforms and strong experience in identity lifecycle management, connector development, and application onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and support identity governance and IAM solutions across the enterprise

Manage and enhance identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications

Support password management, synchronization, and authorization services across systems

Engineer and maintain connectors and integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications

Lead and support application onboarding efforts, including defining integration patterns and access models

Collaborate with Java developers, middleware engineers, and DBAs to support platform functionality and performance

Contribute to IAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational stability

Expand IAM capabilities to support non-human identities (e.g., machine IDs, bots, service accounts)

Participate in secure design and architecture decisions for new applications and identity integrations

Work with cloud teams to support modern application integrations leveraging Azure and other cloud platforms

Technical Environment:

IAM Platforms: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), SailPoint, ForgeRock (or similar)

Middleware: Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, Apache

Languages: Java (primary), with opportunities for additional development

Databases: Oracle and enterprise databases

Cloud & Integrations: Azure and cloud-based application connectors

Core Capabilities: Identity governance, RBAC, authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience developing or customizing IAM connectors

Proficiency in Java (and/or scripting languages)

Exposure to cloud IAM integrations, particularly with Azure

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise identity environments

Understanding of non-human identity management (bots, service accounts, APIs)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
