About the Role


This Senior Java Backend Engineer will support application modernization and backend platform development initiatives within a large enterprise banking environment. The role focuses on designing and implementing scalable backend services, cloud-native applications, APIs, and modernization solutions using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and containerization technologies — while collaborating across business and technical teams.


The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer who can independently own technical solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment with minimal oversight.
