Job description

Who We Are Looking For

The Officer, Investment Performance & Analytics supports the firm's investment performance, analytics, and Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) processes. The role is responsible for supporting composite maintenance, performance and benchmark validation, analytics review, and reporting deliverables across asset classes and investment strategies. The position partners with Investments, Compliance, Marketing, Consultant Relations, and Operations to ensure performance outputs are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support endtoend investment performance and analytics processes, including data validation, composite maintenance, and performance review
  • Assist with the calculation, oversight, and review of GIPS composites, benchmarks, dispersion, and related analytics in accordance with GIPS standards and internal policies
  • Prepare, maintain, and support delivery of GIPS Composite Reports and pooled fund reports for prospective clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with global delivery and operations teams to monitor data quality, resolve issues, and ensure servicelevel expectations are met
  • Participate in quarterly and annual reporting cycles, including timeliness tracking, issue escalation, and approval workflows
  • Support consultant database reporting and inquiries (e.g., eVestment), ensuring alignment with approved composite performance and disclosures
  • Monitor and assist with implementation of new or updated GIPS guidance, interpretations, regulatory requirements, and internal standards
  • Contribute to documentation, policies, procedures, and internal controls related to investment performance and analytics
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to performance results, methodologies, and composite construction
  • Assist with internal or external audits, reviews, and examinations related to GIPS compliance and performance reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in investment performance measurement, analytics, or a related role within asset management, asset servicing, or consulting
  • Working knowledge of GIPS standards and composite construction requirements
  • Understanding of investment performance methodologies, including timeweighted returns and benchmark comparison
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Progress toward or completion of CFA, CIPM, or similar professional designation is a plus

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $113,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
