What You Do

  • Follow safe work behaviors and look out for hazards
  • Perform cycle counts in the warehouse, production areas, and off-site storage areas
  • Accurately scan and verify loads
  • Meter and prepare packages to ship all packages for shipping carriers or courier services, including secured and hazardous materials
  • Operate fork trucks and scissor lifts and perform work on elevated platforms up to 30 feet high
  • Perform material handling work as needed

What You Bring

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (completed before the start date)
  • Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts and overtime as required
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or merchandising
  • Reliable transportation to Menomonie, WI (54751), or relocation before starting
