Job Summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is looking for an Intelligence Analyst II to support the Joint Task Force in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Responsibilities

  • Provide all-source HUMINT products to JTF-GTMO as well as IC and DoD customers.
  • Provide intelligence support to/for: (1) DMOs/DROs; (2) NCTC, including support to the PRB and commissions; (3) law enforcement and watch listing collaboration efforts; (4) biweekly intelligence briefings to the JTF-GTMO Commander; (5) situational briefings to the JTF-GTMO J2 Director, as needed; (6) various ad hoc intelligence RFIs; (7) assist the JDG in analyzing detainee internal camp behavior, identifying threats to the guard force and medical personnel, aiding in the execution of operations to deter detainee efforts to disrupt or discredit detention operations, and satisfying the JTF-GTMO Commander's PIRs.
  • Deliver final QC and edit on detainee research, DIRs, Analytic Support Packages, and TEX Highlights.

Education and Experience

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Eight (8) to ten (10) years (10-15 years preferred) of direct experience in HUMINT Operations or equivalent military experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational acumen with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
  • Exceptional oral, written, & interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, convince, influence, advise, & respond to queries from senior DoD leadership & decision makers.
  • Knowledge and experience in creating intelligence products IAW ICD 203, ICD 206, ICD 208, ICD 501, and ICD 710 standards.
  • Proficient with information technology and DoD Information Systems, including: Joint Deployable Intelligence Support System (JDISS), Intelink; JWICS; message and document handling; data storage, retrieval, and search applications (i.e.: M3, Pathfinder, JDIMS, HOTR, Harmony, TIDE, SAFE/DOTS, etc); and analytic and investigative/case management tools (i.e.: Analyst Notebook, Palantir, Proton, Qlix, BI2R, etc.).
  • Must be formally HUMINT trained
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Current US Passport.
