Join our team as a dedicated and passionate Tennis Instructor, where your expertise will inspire players of all levels to excel on the court. As a member of our team, you'll not only provide fun and exciting tennis lessons but also assist us in overseeing our facilities and programs, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your enthusiasm and energy will foster a positive learning atmosphere. Embark on a fulfilling journey with us, enriching the world of tennis and making a lasting impact for all our patrons.
This position will be scheduled between 10-15 hours per week.
SUMMARY
Incumbents lead and instruct tennis lessons, supervise facilities or specific programs or activities, and are responsible for customer services, problem solving, and rule adjudication. Incumbents manage and maintain inventory, and may be assigned as cashier to receive checks or cash.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED, and three years of relevant experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed in the job description. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have at time of hire, or within thirty (30) days of hire, a First Aid & CPR Certification.
SELECTION PROCESS
Applicants whose education, training and experience most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to participate in a selection process to include a panel interview.
