We are seeking a skilled Electrician for our 1st Shift Industrial maintenance team in Stratford, CT!!In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing facility equipment, plant wiring, and complex mechanical systems. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting electrical controls, industrial electronics, and automated systems to ensure continuous, safe plant operations.**Must have hands-on expertise installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining facility electrical systems and industrial machinery**

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on troubleshooting, programming, and diagnostics for top-tier PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Keyence, GE Fanuc), VFDs, and drive systems to keep high-speed production running seamlessly.
  • Bring your deep technical expertise to diagnose root-cause electrical issues—from field devices and sensors up to MCCs and main control panels—maximizing operational efficiency across high-speed manufacturing environments.
  • Step into a prominent technical leadership role, guiding teams of journeymen and apprentices on complex industrial builds, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance overhauls.
  • Perform comprehensive electrical system design, blueprint reading, and precise transformer, conduit, and wire-sizing calculations to deliver fully integrated power and control solutions.
  • Oversee major industrial construction, facility automation, and infrastructure installations from initial scope and scheduling through final commissioning and budget control.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of NEC code compliance (low & high voltage systems) and proactive safety protocols to protect crew members and facility infrastructure.
