Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product or service information.
Utilize strong communication skills to explain contracts, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through solutions effectively.
Perform data entry accurately into various systems while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and follow-up.
Experience:Previous call center experience is preferred but not required; we value energetic individuals eager to learn!
Familiarity with navigating multiple platforms efficiently.
Experience in customer support or client services roles that involve active listening and problem-solving.
