Equation Staffing is currently recruiting Construction Labourers to support our clients as they prepare for the busy 2026 construction season. These positions are temporary in nature; however, there is potential for longer-term opportunities based on performance and client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, safety-focused individuals looking to gain work across a variety of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • General site cleanup and debris removal
  • Assisting skilled trades as required
  • Material handling and moving supplies
  • Operating basic hand and power tools
  • Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
  • Following all site safety procedures and instructions
Qualifications
  • Previous construction or labour experience is an asset (not required)
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, work gloves
  • Reliable transportation to job sites (strong asset)
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
