Job description


We are seeking a talented Accounting Clerk to join our team. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Apply daily receipts in Accounts Receivable at a higher degree of difficulty
  • Prepare deductions for branch and collector review and prepare daily receipts detail from bank website and SharePoint
  • Retrieve and process remittance details from customer portals
  • Email and mail limited invoices to customers
  • Process credit card transactions and customer requests
  • Assist in the training of fellow employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have previous Accounting experience
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel with accurate data entry skills
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills while paying a high attention to detail and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with high levels of accuracy
