Job description

Summary of responsibilities:   

The Image Review Supervisor will support the manager in all required areas of the operation. This would include production, quality, staff retention, staff training/development, operational efficiencies and client relations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the collection, processing, and evaluation of information related to Manual Image Review (MIR) project.
  • Supervise daily operations on the MIR project floor and ensure efficient workflow management.
  • Track and report daily production metrics, demonstrating the ability to generate and analyze reports.
  • Train, guide, and supervise personnel, ensuring they understand their duties and responsibilities.
  • Monitor employee work hours, overtime, vacation, sick leave, and prepare payroll for submission.
  • Coordinate employee vacation schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels, stepping in as needed.
  • Oversee attendance and professional appearance standards.
  • Ensure all documentation and training records are completed and properly filed in employee records.
  • Maintain regular communication with the client and Manager.
  • Conduct audits of processed images based on Image Review Reports.
  • Prepare and deliver employee performance appraisals.
  • Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures.

Additional requirements:

  • Ability to work any day of the week, including weekends, is required due to our rotating schedule
  • Should be responsive to alerts or messages, including after-hours when needed
  • Must be able to engage and communicate with clerks professionally and respectfully.
  • Ability to work efficiently with little to no supervision is required.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle conflict resolution in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in relevant software/tools for reporting and scheduling.
