Job description

HVAC DESIGNERS

Moon Township, PA TEMPE AZ or PORTLAND OR

6-12 MONTHS


Career HVAC Designer (not Engineer)
Strong, recent industrial HVAC design background
Extensive HVAC Revit production experience
8+ years of HVAC-focused design work
Comfortable with industrial-scale systems and materials
Clear communicator of design approach and experience
Non-BSME / non-PE
Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, layout, and routing of industrial building mechanical systems
  • Develop P&IDs, plans, sections, and construction details
  • Perform design tasks across planning, concept, and detailed design
  • Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, and internal disciplines
  • Apply expert knowledge of building mechanical systems and codes to ensure quality and accuracy


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 8+ years of AutoCAD design experience
  • 4+ years of Revit design experience
  • 5+ years of industrial building mechanical design experience
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. Mechanical Codes, specifically the International Mechanical Code (IMC).
  • Experience in complex industrial environments such as semiconductor manufacturing, cleanrooms, data centers or other advanced manufacturing facilities.
  • Technical or Associate's degree in a relevant discipline
