Job description

Revit Mechanicals is seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role focuses on servicing and maintaining a variety of commercial HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, split systems, and boilers. The position offers steady commercial work, opportunities for technical skill advancement, and potential team leadership roles within a supportive, fast-growing company. Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and in small teams with local travel.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, and boilers
  • Troubleshoot and repair rooftop units, split systems, exhaust systems, and related equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately
  • Complete detailed service reports and communicate findings clearly
  • Maintain safe, clean job sites and adhere to safety compliance standards
  • Collaborate effectively within small teams and work independently as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
  • EPA Certification
  • OSHA Certification
