Position Summary:

The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for our residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and service on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably.

  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.

  • Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in accordance with company standards and local codes.

  • Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating diagnoses, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.

  • Keep company vehicle and tools clean, organized, and properly maintained.

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of experience as an HVAC service technician.

  • EPA Universal Certification is required.
