Types of procedures required Scrub in and manipulate fluoro table, operate and assist with percutaneous procedures, operate and manipulat manifold. PCI, high risk PCI, CTO, Heart failure, structural, TAVR, Mitrcal Clip, be knowledgeable on supplies, and other structural procedures. 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, ect.) EPIC Philips Azurion Acist Manifold IVUS- Philips, Boston, OCT Balloon pump Impella Penumbra Philips XPER Shockwave Rotablade CSI Temporary pacemaker 3. Required skills & minimum years of experience 2 years minimum experience, preferably at least 3. Must have experience with both structural and PCI. 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, ect.) ACLS, BLS, ARRT, Nebraska state radiology license 5. Shift or schedule requirements (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekend required?) Monday-Friday 10 hour shifts, call 2-3 weeknights and 1 full weekend per month 6. Floating to other units/depts (If so, to which units/depts?) No 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept) 7 labs 500 bed academic medical center, level 1 trauma 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit (nursing only) N/a 3 man per room, 4 man call team 9. Dress code Hospital issued scrubs 10. Tell us about the unit/dept specific training & orientation program 1.5 week of training including modules and hands on in the rooms 11. Additional comments: Very busy, efficient lab, goal is to create a more balanced team and balanced work day.
