Medical Temporaries, Inc. has a position available for a Patient Service Coordinator to work in Norfolk, VA(23502).
Job Title: Patient Service Coordinator
Requirements: Must have at least six months of recent experience working as a Medical Receptionist.
Location: Norfolk, 23502
Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm M-F (the shift may vary but always 8.5 hours per day, including lunch)
Type: 4 positions total (2 - temp to hire)(2-temporary 3 months)
Hourly Pay Rate: $17.10-$21.05
Specialty: Oncology
Summary: Answering the phones in a professional manner, ability to take detailed messages, enter messages into EHR system accurately for providers and nurses, data entry, excellent customer service skills,
Duties: The primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls from patients requesting appointments to be scheduled/rescheduled or confirming appointment times, and other clerical duties as needed.  Would potentially be cross trained as a Phone Operator as well.

Other Requirements
EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS REQUIRED
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent with six months of recent experience working in a clerical medical position.
Skills: Data entry, customer service, medical terminology knowledge, ability to multi-task, accurate message documentation, ability to type 45wpm.
