The Opportunity
We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is motivated, compassionate, and ready to make an impact. What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.
  • Perform acute visits, chronic disease management, and Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).
  • Conduct occupational health services such as pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, injury follow-ups, and work comp cases.
  • Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR systems (Amazing Charts & Caretracker).
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment plans.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary with growth opportunities.
  • Supportive environment with mentorship and provider development programs.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of patients and services (family medicine, occupational health, urgent care, Medicare Advantage).
  • Collaborative culture with providers and staff who value teamwork and patient care excellence.
  • Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and CME support.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Active Nevada license (PA-C or APRN).
  • DOT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for patient care and improving community health.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dual-specialty clinic.
