She Recruits is representing a hospital-employed Family Medicine opportunity in rural Louisiana, just minutes from New Orleans.

This is a brand-new facility with an expanding outpatient footprint and strong administrative support.

Compensation & Highlights:
• $225K base for new grads (higher for experience)
• $36K sign-on bonus
• Monthly RVU productivity bonus
• 4-day work week
• patients per day
• 1:6 call (unassigned ER admissions only)
• 26 days PTO
• $3K CME + 5 paid CME days
