PLC & Robotics Maintenance Technician
Greater Indianapolis Area
$25.00–$35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

First Call Staffing is actively recruiting PLC & Robotics Maintenance Technicians for advanced manufacturing facilities throughout Central Indiana. If you enjoy diagnosing automation issues, troubleshooting robotic systems, and keeping production lines operating efficiently, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose robotic, automation, and control system failures
  • Maintain and repair production equipment, conveyors, sensors, drives, and HMIs
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480V
  • Support equipment upgrades and automation projects
  • Reduce downtime through rapid troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Knowledge of industrial automation systems
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic
  • Experience supporting automated manufacturing environments
