Pay: $19.00-$22.00/hr based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-1:30 PM

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Coating Associates for a precision optics manufacturer. No optics experience required – paid training provided! Candidates with manufacturing, assembly, production, or machine operation experience are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
  • Prepare and clean optical glass for coating.
  • Load/unload coating equipment and operate sandblasting equipment.
  • Prepare masking materials.
  • Perform quality checks and follow detailed work instructions.
  • Follow safety, PPE, and cleanroom procedures.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Comfortable with repetitive work and standing/sitting for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and transportation.
  • Ability to distinguish colors and perform visual inspections.
