Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Provide above-and-beyond service to patrons with a friendly demeanor.

- Determine patrons' food & beverage preferences and make on-point recommendations.
- Take drink and food orders from patrons.
- Input orders in the POS system.

- Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when the meals have been completed.
- Verify identification to ensure patrons are the legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages.
- Prepare the bill and accept payment.
- Clear (pre-bus) or reset table at the end of each course.
