Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project management for a single strategic initiative, from planning through execution and close-out.
  • Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority by fostering alignment and accountability across diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Graduate Medical Education and other departments to ensure operational feasibility and cost alignment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with significant visibility and impact.
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with leading highly cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to lead by influence, manage through ambiguity, and drive alignment in matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience delivering clear, concise executive presentations with an emphasis on strategic progress and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
