Job description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Springdale, AR.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-$22/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a General Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to launch your career!

Job Scope:        

  • Cleaning and prepping work areas
  • Loading/unloading building materials
  • Digging trenches
  • Building temporary structures such as scaffolding
  • Operating hand and power tools for assembly work
  • Assisting journeyman on site
  • Site clean up

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience on a construction site
  • Reliable transportation
  • No holes in clothing
  • PPE such as hard hats, steel toe boots, safety glasses and hi visual vest
