Job description

ATS Welding LLC is expanding rapidly into a full-service construction and welding company with a focus on safety and quality. Following our recent expansion into Arkansas, we are seeking qualified individuals to build out our first HDD Bore Crew!

If you have experience, we want to speak with you!

We are hiring for all positions on the crew: Foreman, Drill Operator, Locator, and Laborers. We do run lean, so the foreman should anticipate either leading as the Drill Operator or as the Locator, depending on preference and experience.

Laborers:

Provides support to the crew, assisting with various tasks like preparing the site, setting up equipment, and loading materials. Operator Qualifications training will be provided.

Essential skills:

Knowledge of mud mixing, drilling safety, and the ability to follow directions and work as part of a team are crucial.

Physical Requirements:

Some ability to travel may be required, work extended hours, and potentially handle physically demanding tasks.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug/alcohol pre-employment test.
