Job description

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you'll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.
Minimum Requirements

  • An associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology
  • State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine
  • BLS certification
  • 2 years' experience as a nuclear med tech
  • 3 years of experience
  • ARRT or CNMT in Nuclear Medicine
  • BLS must be from AHA
  • Experience with radiopharmaceutical prep, camera Q.C., general nuclear medicine imaging, EKG prep and monitoring for cardiac exams, receiving and documenting radioactive shipments, and NRC required daily and weekly Q.C.
  • Experience with SIEMENS Dual Headed ECAM with ESOFT Processing, CAPTUS 3000, NMIS, and GE MAC 5000
  • Active Hawaii license by start of assignment

Assignment Details
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Scheduled 40 hours weekly following first week of orientation
  • Floating based on competency and licensure
