Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our dynamic team in Attleboro, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, as well as programming them to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision parts.
  • Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages to meet specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
  • Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer, with a strong understanding of CNC operations.
  • Proficiency in G-code programming and familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
