Job description

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Shifts:
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Production Support:
The Manufacturing Technician ensures the proper operation of assigned production processes. Utilizing knowledge gained through training and hands on experience, they operate production systems and, when necessary, manage production equipment. The technician is responsible for accurately recording results, downtime, and other events during their shift, and actively participates in teams developing corrective actions.
Engineering Systems and IT Tools:
The technician supports and maintains engineering systems and IT tools across various production phases. They also assist in implementing new data recording systems or modifying existing infrastructures.
Teamwork:
As a member of the engineering team, the technician contributes to:
  • Continuous improvement of production performance
  • Full satisfaction of internal and external customers
Duties and Responsibilities
Quality:
Ensure proper manufacturing, handling, testing, failure analysis, and repair of products, striving for the highest quality standards.
Production Support:
Coordinate production steps, testing, and repair activities with the production group leader or supervisor to meet production targets.
Customer Focus:
Recognize the importance of internal and external customers and consistently work to deliver the best product and service.
Orderliness:
Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace to ensure safety, including end-of-shift cleanup and proper maintenance of equipment.
Maintenance:
Perform daily maintenance on assigned equipment and monitor stock levels of spare parts and consumables.
Reporting:
Record relevant shift events and prepare required reports at the end of each shift.
Attitude:
Maintain a positive, flexible, and cooperative attitude to support production goals.
Work Attire:
Wear required protective clothing and safety equipment (e.g., ESD garments, safety glasses, earplugs).
