What is temporary fencing?

Temporary fencing refers to a type of portable barrier used to secure sites, control crowds, or restrict access for a limited period. It is commonly used at construction sites, outdoor events, concerts, or during renovations to ensure safety and privacy. Temporary fencing is typically easy to install, remove, and relocate, making it a flexible solution for short-term needs. The fencing is usually made of durable materials like steel or plastic, and can include additional features like gates or privacy screens.

Daily responsibilities in a temporary fencing role usually include transporting fencing materials to various sites, assembling and disassembling fence panels, ensuring structures are secure and compliant with safety regulations, and performing regular maintenance checks. The job may also involve troubleshooting on-site challenges such as uneven terrain or adverse weather conditions, making adaptability and strong communication skills valuable assets.
