Converge is seeking a reliable and skilled Sign Installer to join our expanding team. In this position, you’ll work hands-on in the field installing, servicing, and repairing a variety of interior and exterior signage. We’re looking for someone who is detail-focused, mechanically minded, and dedicated to maintaining safe work practices on every job site.


While prior sign industry experience is a plus, we place a high value on dependability, quality craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to doing the job well.

Compensation:

$25 - $35 hourly + OT


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the truck has all the equipment and fencing materials for the day of work, and the load is secure
  • Configure wood, vinyl, chain link, and electric fences
  • Set fence posts, rails, and lines
  • Assess and maintain existing fences, and remove old fencing as required
  • Remove debris from worksite upon completion
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to install a wide range of interior and exterior signage, including, but not limited to, channel letters, post and panel signs, pole signs, monument signs, vinyl graphics, and more!
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges in the field.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring quality workmanship and efficient project execution.
  • Professional and customer-focused, with the ability to communicate effectively on job sites and represent Converge in a positive, respectful manner.

Qualifications:
  • Must be physically fit and have great hand dexterity
  • Must have 1-year experience in construction, fencing, and carpentry is required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer satisfaction skills
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience installing both interior and exterior signage.
  • Familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems.
  • Skilled in using hand tools and power equipment.
  • Strong awareness of safety practices and protocols.
  • Must be comfortable with heights. Bucket truck experience is a plus.
