  • Ability to diagnose problems and recommend practical solutions
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Professional, trustworthy, and respectful in both office and residential environments

Preferred Experience

Why Join BrightPipe?

  • Variety of work and projects
  • Independence and autonomy
  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Opportunity to take ownership of maintenance operations across multiple properties

This is not a temporary, day-labor, or side-work position. We are looking for a long-term professional who takes pride in doing quality work and solving problems the right way.
