Job description

The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for overseeing large teams to successfully plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of facilities projects including maintenance, upgrades, and office relocations. This role requires strong leadership to manage schedules, budgets, vendors, and compliance while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Occasional travel is expected to support various project sites and stakeholder engagements. Proficiency in Microsoft Project is essential for effective project tracking and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans for maintenance, upgrades, and office moves
  • Manage project budgets and control costs
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality work
  • Conduct site inspections and assess project risks
  • Negotiate contracts and allocate resources efficiently
  • Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory standards
