Job description

TRC Talent Solutions is looking for a Facilities Services Specialist for our client in Kennesaw, GA!

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Temporary Facilities Services Specialist to support Facilities Operations through general building maintenance, facility projects, workplace safety initiatives, and vendor coordination. 

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

  • Overtime and Weekend Work May Be Required Based on Business Needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with furniture moves and workspace reconfigurations throughout the facility

  • Move furniture, boxes, and office equipment into newly constructed and renovated areas

  • Hang pictures, whiteboards, and other office fixtures as needed

  • Support ongoing construction and facility improvement projects

  • Perform general building maintenance and facility support tasks

  • Assist with conference room setups, office relocations, and special projects

  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas

  • Work across multiple facility areas simultaneously based on operational needs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous facilities, maintenance, warehouse, moving, construction support, or related experience preferred

  • Must be a self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision

  • Professional appearance and demeanor required, as this role regularly interacts with employees at all levels of the organization
