Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
Work Schedule: Mon-Friday, 8am to 5pm

About the Opportunity
We are actively seeking a Senior Leasing Assistant to join a highly regarded commercial real estate organization. This multifaceted role combines commercial leasing support with advanced administrative coordination, providing approximately 75% leasing-related support and 25% office and executive assistance. You will partner closely with leasing professionals and leadership while managing critical documentation, reporting, meetings, travel arrangements, expense processing, and team events that help keep the office operating efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate lease agreements, amendments, proposals, correspondence, and related documentation with exceptional accuracy.
  • Serve as a key resource for prospective tenants, brokers, and business partners by providing leasing information, marketing materials, and transaction support.
  • Conduct lease-related research, maintain transaction records, monitor critical dates, and ensure data integrity across leasing systems and databases.
  • Support lease renewals, new transactions, reporting requests, and ongoing leasing initiatives throughout the portfolio.
  • Develop professional presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business materials to support leasing activities and executive communications.
  • Partner with internal departments to coordinate marketing efforts, property-related communications, and special projects.
  • Book and manage business travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, itineraries, and related logistics for team members.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports through Concur while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Process invoices and maintain vendor payment documentation using Nexus and other internal systems.
  • Coordinate team events, including lunches, dinners, off-site meetings, recognition activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.
  • Attend leasing meetings, assist with meeting preparation, coordinate logistics, capture action items, and help ensure follow-through on key deliverables.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination for leasing leadership and the Vice President as needed.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and contribute to special projects that enhance team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting commercial real estate leasing, lease administration, contract administration, or a related function.
  • Experience preparing, reviewing, or managing lease and contract documentation.
  • Working knowledge of commercial leasing practices and contract terminology.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, DocuSign, HotDocs, notary credentials, or a real estate license is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, organization, customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
