Senior Executive Assistant
Location: Oakland, CA
Employment Type: Contract / Temporary
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 annually

Job Summary
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and presentations, handling confidential information, and serving as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting.
Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and special events.
Serve as a liaison with internal departments, clients, and external partners.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Track projects, action items, and follow up on executive priorities.
Support office operations and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Zoom, Google Workspace).
