  • Order and track supplies and materials needed for field and office work, helping to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of office staff and field professionals, sharing information and supporting project goals in a highly cooperative environment.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders regarding project status, field conditions, and any issues encountered.
  • Follow all applicable environmental, health, and safety standards, including OSHA and HAZWOPER guidelines when applicable.

  • Use basic environmental engineering and science principles to support environmental remediation and monitoring projects.
  • Assist with basic data review and preparation of information for reports or internal documentation as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience or academic background in environmental science, including groundwater sampling and soil sampling.
  • Ability to perform environmental remediation support tasks such as chemical injections and site monitoring.
  • Familiarity with environmental monitoring and environmental compliance concepts.
  • Capacity to work predominantly in the field, including long days at project sites and travel to various locations within New Jersey and occasionally New York.
