Job description

Job Title: Senior Enterprise Platform & Integration Architect
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Platform & Integration Architect to act as the definitive technical authority for our core business management ecosystem. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role. You will not only set the architectural roadmap for how our systems communicate, but you will also serve as the final escalation point for the most complex technical challenges across our integrated platform.
In this role, you will lead the design and hands-on development of critical data capture, movement, and reporting frameworks. You will bridge the gap between functional business requirements and complex technical execution, ensuring our platform remains secure, scalable, and fully optimized for our evolving global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership & Governance
• Technical Gatekeeper: Define enterprise standards for all platform integrations and data movement. You will own the technical roadmap, ensuring that our ecosystem is built for modularity, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Complex Solutions Architecture: Lead the hands-on development of high-complexity "RICEW" (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components. You are the architect of the "most challenging" technical puzzles in our stack.
• Security & Performance: Define global security protocols (e.g., OAuth, API Gateways) and lead performance-tuning initiatives for mission-critical batch jobs and high-volume data streams.
Technical Execution & Innovation
• Operational Stability: Act as the Tier-3 escalation point for high-priority (P1/P2) operational incidents. Perform rapid root-cause analysis and lead the implementation of permanent technical resolutions.
• Technical Mentorship: Provide architectural direction to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed in code quality, documentation, and system design.
• Automation & AI Strategy: Drive innovation by implementing intelligent agents, automated data pipelines, and next-generation integration patterns that reduce manual toil and increase system agility.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of eight (8) years of deep experience in enterprise platform development, support, and technical administration.
• Integration Expertise: 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and building complex custom integration frameworks within a major ERP or global SCM ecosystem.
• API & Data Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in modern integration architectures (e.g., SOA, Microservices, API Management).
• Technical Breadth: Mastery of database programming and query optimization (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL).
• Functional Fluency: Strong understanding of how technical configurations impact Finance and Supply Chain business modules.
Preferred Attributes
• Proven experience driving technical innovation (e.g., implementing AI-assisted workflows or low-code/no-code integration frameworks).
• A "Builder" mentality-you are comfortable working in a hands-on capacity while simultaneously communicating high-level strategy to leadership. Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans
