Job description

Job Title: HR Coordinator (Temporary) - MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS OF HR EXPERIENCE!
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $30.00/hour
Duration: Temporary (Length of assignment unknown)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This temporary position will focus on onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and general HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks and employee inquiries
  • Support HR processes while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Utilize UKG for employee data entry and HR transactions
  • Assist with additional HR projects and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of Human Resources experience required
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Familiarity with UKG (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional HR education is a plus

This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate need. The duration of the assignment is currently unknown. Candidates should be available to work onsite Monday through Friday and be comfortable supporting a busy HR department.
