Job description

KRUSH Tech is a new technology company building advanced hardware solutions for defense, aerospace, communications, and autonomous systems. We're launching our U.S. operations from the ground up — and this is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning and help shape the company from day one.

At KRUSH Tech, we combine the agility of a startup with the ambition to tackle some of the industry's most demanding engineering challenges. Our teams work across disciplines—including RF, embedded systems, electronics, mechanical engineering, software, manufacturing, and supply chain—to transform innovative ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions. We are building a next-generation, vertically integrated aerospace organization focused on advanced uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), autonomy, sensing technologies, and scalable manufacturing — for the U.S. market and strategic partners.

We are looking for a motivated Electronics Engineer to join our team in building a next-generation, vertically integrated aerospace organization focused on advanced uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), autonomy, sensing technologies, and scalable manufacturing. You will contribute to the design, development, integration, and validation of electrical and electronic systems supporting advanced UAS platforms. Working alongside experienced engineers across Mechanical, Embedded Software, RF, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering disciplines, you will develop electrical designs, support system integration and testing, and participate in verification and production readiness activities. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full product development lifecycle while helping deliver reliable, high-performance aerospace systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define electronic system architectures and develop robust hardware solutions based on product requirements and system-level constraints.
  • Design complex electronic circuits and hardware, including power, analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems.
  • Perform detailed electronic simulations and calculations to evaluate circuit behavior, performance, stability, and design margins.
  • Participate in design reviews, assess engineering decisions, and identify technical risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Define and execute measurements and validation tests required to evaluate prototype functionality, performance, and compliance with engineering requirements.
  • Perform high-level analysis of simulation, calculation, and test results to assess product readiness and define appropriate next steps.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex electronic systems using laboratory measurement and diagnostic equipment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on hardware integration, EMC-compliant design, mechanical constraints, and system-level technical decisions.
  • Take ownership of electronic engineering solutions and contribute to technical decisions within projects.
  • Participate in technical interviews and contribute to evaluating engineering candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in electronics engineering, including electronic system architecture, hardware design, debugging, and validation.
  • Strong experience designing and debugging digital interfaces, including UART, SPI, I2C, RS-485, USB 2.0, Ethernet, and LVDS.
  • Strong understanding of EMC-compliant design practices, including component selection, circuit design, and PCB layout techniques required to meet EMC requirements and applicable industry standards.
  • Solid experience with various types of power converters, including topology selection, circuit design, component calculations, and power system analysis.
  • Experience selecting capacitors and other power components based on power supply and load characteristics, as well as evaluating power system stability.
  • Experience designing complex multi-rail power architectures with appropriate power-up sequencing.
  • Strong knowledge of amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, and filters, with experience performing circuit simulations and analyzing noise performance.
  • Ability to develop robust analog and mixed-signal system architectures based on performance, noise, and reliability requirements.
  • Basic RF design experience and familiarity with relevant RF measurement techniques.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards and other applicable electronics and industry standards.
  • Strong hands-on experience using laboratory test and measurement equipment for hardware debugging, validation, and performance evaluation.
  • Proficiency with electronic design and simulation tools such as Altium Designer, LTspice, TINA-TI, Multisim, or Proteus.
  • Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, power supplies, and thermal chambers for hardware development and validation.
  • Familiarity with RF test equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and RF power meters.
  • Hands-on experience with soldering equipment and microscopes for prototype development and hardware debugging.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make technical decisions and take ownership of engineering solutions.
